{"id":188,"date":"2008-08-17T10:57:25","date_gmt":"2008-08-17T00:57:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.castley.net\/brog\/archives\/2008\/08\/17\/published\/"},"modified":"2008-08-17T10:57:25","modified_gmt":"2008-08-17T00:57:25","slug":"published","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.castley.net\/brog\/archives\/2008\/08\/17\/published\/","title":{"rendered":"Published"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I got one of my photos in the local <a href=\"http:\/\/www.canberratimes.com.au\/\" title=\"Canberra Times\" target=\"_blank\">Canberra Times<\/a> yesterday.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/splinter\/2745724519\/\" title=\"Tidbinbilla Meet - 21 by Splinter, on Flickr\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/farm4.static.flickr.com\/3042\/2745724519_eb4301a004.jpg\" alt=\"Tidbinbilla Meet - 21\" height=\"334\" width=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>A reporter from the paper joined the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/groups\/canberra_act\/\" title=\"Canberra Flickr Group\" target=\"_blank\">Canberra Flickr group<\/a> for a walk through <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Tidbinbilla_Nature_Reserve\" title=\"Tidbinbilla\" target=\"_blank\">Tidbinbilla Nature reserve<\/a> with the aim of writing a feature in the &#8220;Arts&#8221; section of the Saturday paper.\u00c2\u00a0 The reporter was great, genuinely interested and really great to talk to.\u00c2\u00a0 We spent an hour or two walking through the new sanctuary area in Tidbinbilla, around the wetlands and through the newly growing woodland.<\/p>\n<p>The article was well written and covered nearly two full pages within the inser, with 2 large half page photos and two extra supporting photos.\u00c2\u00a0 My shot was one of the large half page shots prominently placed on the right hand page.\u00c2\u00a0 Imagine my dissappointment when I noticed they had attributed the photo to another Flickr member incorrectly.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I got one of my photos in the local Canberra Times yesterday.
